We’re Shattered – Kayvee’s Family
BBNaija housemate, Kayvee, has been withdrawn from the show over undisclosed challenges after yesterday’s eviction show.
Big Brother announced to housemates their colleague was unwell and has been withdrawn from the show in the meantime.
In a statement from Biggie to the housemates read by the head of house, Big brother says doctors have advised that he should be withdrawn to take care of his health.
Some housemates believe he needs a psychological evaluation. He has been withdrawn from the show to take care of his health. It is unclear if he will come back.
Part of the statement read;
“As you all know, your fellow housemate, KayVee has been unwell. He has consulted with his doctors and decided to withdraw from the show. He sends his greetings and asks that you help him pack his bags”.
This is the first time a housemate will be leaving the reality show due to health issues since its inception in 2006.
Meanwhile, the social media handler of Big Brother Naija housemate, Kayvee has reacted to his decision to exit the show.
Recall that the organisers of Big Brother Naija show said Kayvee withdrew due to health reasons.
Organisers in a statement said Kayvee’s withdrawal was made after he consulted with BBNaija medical team.
Reacting in a statement on his official Twitter page, his family said they are shattered and distraught by the news.
The tweet reads, “Our heart is broken. We are shattered!!!!
KayVee planned to go far. He had plans!!! This was an opportunity to build his brand, KOKO’s VIEW.
“Would you please keep supporting him? His Instagram is @MrKayVee. We are distraught but comforted by your love and support!.”
In the meantime, viewers of the Big Brother Naija show have sympathized with Kayvee for withdrawing from the show.
Recall that Pere Pere, head of house announced Kayvee’s withdrawal on Monday while addressing the housemates
Kayvee withdrew from the show due to health reasons.
Pere had said: “Please be advised that kayvee will no longer be on this show due to his health.”
Biggie, however, asked the housemates to help Kayvee pack his bags.
