*OWERRI* – The Wife of Imo State Governor, Her Excellency Barr. Chioma Deborah Uzodimma, has announced a complete overhaul of the management team for her official Facebook page, citing the need for enhanced digital communication and strict compliance with social media policies. The announcement, made Sunday through the Office of the Wife of the Governor, confirms that Barr. Uzodimma remains the valid and rightful owner of the Facebook page “Chioma Uzodimma” (https://www.facebook.com/ChiomaUzodimma01/), which serves as the primary digital platform for communicating government initiatives to Imo State citizens.
Effective immediately, previous administrators have been relieved of their duties and replaced with a new team possessing proven expertise in social media management and comprehensive knowledge of platform policies, according to the statement. The changes follow what officials described as “a comprehensive review of digital communication strategies” aimed at ensuring optimal management aligned with both government communication standards and Facebook’s Community Standards.
Speaking on the development, officials from the First Lady’s office emphasized the commitment to maintaining transparent, engaging, and policy-compliant communication with Imo State residents and the broader public. “These administrative changes are designed to enhance the quality of content, improve engagement with citizens, and ensure strict adherence to Facebook’s policies and guidelines,” the statement read.
The public has been notified that any communications, announcements, or programs shared through Barr. Uzodimma’s official Facebook page are authorized and represent the authentic voice of the Office of the Wife of the Governor. Citizens are encouraged to continue following and engaging with the official page for updates on government programs, particularly those focused on women empowerment, youth development, and community welfare initiatives. The First Lady’s office assured the public that the page will continue serving as a vital link between the government and citizens, providing timely information on empowerment opportunities and community initiatives.
