Some Nigerians and celebrities which include Burna Boy and Davido have reacted to the prison break in Benin on Monday allegedly attacked by hoodlums who helped prisoners escape.
There was a report that prisoners in Benin jail had escaped after hooligans attacked the police and the prison wardens and brought the walls down to enable the prisoners from fleeing.
Some Nigerians celebrities have reacted to the prison break and have shut down rumors that protesters were behind the escape of prisoners in Benin State. Davido and Burna Boy have reacted to the current happenings.
Davido accused enemies of trying to hijack the protest writing; “They have started hiring thugs to pose as protesters!!! E no go work!!!”
Rapper M.I Abaga also wrote, ‘‘Playbook on how to stop a peaceful protest: 1. Create chaos 2. Step in to seize control”.
Burna Boy wrote; “This issue of hired thugs disguising as protesters are wild!! Pls if you’re out in Benin, be careful
