Heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua says it is very good for every human being to have a reflection about death on a daily basis.
The two-time unified world heavyweight champion in a post via his Instagram story on Thursday said that understanding that he will die one day gives him life.
According to him, no day passes by without him thinking or talking about dying with either his family or friends.
“My family and friends know that I think about death and talk about it in every conversation we have.
“For me, understanding that one day I won’t be here in the physical form gives me life. It’s weird but that’s exactly how I feel,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, Joshua says Deontay Wilder’s only weapon is a powerful right hand and has vowed to brutally expose his American rival if they finally share the ring.
Joshua has dismissed Wilder as a serious threat to his WBA, IBF and WBO titles, insisting the Alabama man has already shown his limitations in a stoppage loss to Fury last February
