1) GARLIC:

Tumeric reduces LDL and cuts down possible plaques in the arterial walls. lt helps lower blood cholesterol. 3/4teaspoon tumeric and 2tbsp eggplant with wheat bread will do nicely. This recipe should be taken after meal.
7) ONION:
Daily intake of onion juice eliminates bad cholesterol. One spoon of onion juice and honey mixed evenly can normalize your cholesterol level.
