BBNaija star, Rico Swavey has attributed Burna Boy’s Grammy and BET win to the fact that he doesn’t have any baby daddy drama.
The Grammy award-winning Afro-fusion pioneer, Burna Boy, added yet another international award to his repertoire by winning Best International Act at the 2021 BET Awards which held Sunday night.
He becomes the first African artiste to bag three BET nominations and wins consecutively, having won the BET Award in 2019, 2020 and now in 2021.
Reacting to this, Rico Swavey via his Instagram handle stated that Burna Boy’s consistency and commitment to the game of music paid off for him.
Rico Swavey’s post also insinuated that Wizkid, Davido, and some others didn’t win Grammy awards because of their baby daddy issues.
Recall that Rico was evicted on BBNaija on January 28, 2018.
